FitCamp is simply TNT's version of a bootcamp, with a few personal touches of our own. We do not allow more than 8 individuals per class so you get the attention you deserve. All FitCamps are lead by a Certified Personal Trainer and are 1 hour long. We combine resistance training with cardiovascular movements to give you the ultimate balanced, full body workout. Compete with participants at the end and test your physical fitness level in a fun challenge!
FitCamps are a great way to increase strength, boost aerobic capacity, improve flexibility, lose weight, and break through plateaus! We keep it fun with partner exercises and contests to keep you motivated!

Thursday: 6-7am 9-10am 6-7pm(Yoga)
Friday: 9:30-10:30am 6-7pm
Sunday: 9-10am(Yoga) 11-12pm
Want to have your own private FitCamp for a group of friends, company, bridal party, etc? Have your own private FitCamp at your convenience. You pick the day and time. Minumum of 4 people required for private FitCamps.
