Our program is designed for the ballplayer to maximize his ability through daily training and skill work. Our goal is to send you back to your program stronger, faster, healthy, and more mentally and fundamentally sound.
1. Speed, strength and conditioning included with our talented team of Strength Coaches.
Hitting and Throwing/Pitching Group Instruction included 2x per week September-Cutoff Date for School ball.
2. Unlimited, yearly facility access
3. Mental Conditioning
4. Video Analysis
5. We work hand in hand with high school coaches to maximize the player’s development
6. No parent coaches
7. Instructors/Coaches are former Collegiate Coaches, current High School Coaches, and former Professional/Collegiate players.
Program begins September 1st w/ offseason training and runs till the start of school ball. Players will report 1 week after high school season ends. Summer season runs Memorial Day Weekend- August 1st.
